SHIPPING COSTS


The shipping costs of the items ordered will be added to the value of the order in the process of completing the order.

The table below indicates the values considered for each zone, with the respective prices for the standard service and the express service

All these costs will be increased by 50% for orders containing more than 3 items as well as those containing more than 2 items of shoes. The above costs will be automatically updated upon completion of the order.

The shipping costs do not include any import taxes that may be charged upon entry into the customer's country of destination.


 

FREE SHIPMENTS


FATIMAMENDES offers shipping for all orders over 500€. Sometimes FATIMAMENDES will promote free-shipping campaigns, and these campaigns will be indicated on the website. This offer of shipping costs will be applied at the time of completion of the order.


 

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES


For all shipments to countries within the European Union, prices include VAT at a rate of 23%. Orders from non-EU users will have the value of VAT removed at the time of order completion. Non-EU orders may be subject to VAT, Import Duties and/or Taxes to be charged once the order reaches the recipient's country. FATIMAMENDES' shipments are made according to the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) Incoterm, which means that FATIMAMENDES does not charge VAT, Customs Duties and/or Taxes to non-EU countries, and cannot predict what these costs may be. If orders are subject to any additional charges, these will be charged directly by the customs office of the destination country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


 

DELIVERY TIMES


FATIMAMENDES operates from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. Delivery times may be slightly longer during sales periods and holidays. Apart from these exceptions, the normal delivery times will be

  • Portugal - 1 to 2 business days;
  • Europa - 1 a 3 business days;
  • Rest of the World - 2 to 8 business days;

The FATIMAMENDES can not change the delivery address of orders, from the time they are shipped. The delivery times indicated above are indicative only, and do not take into account any delays caused by problems with payment authorizations or customs clearance in the country of destination.


 

DELIVERY CONDITION


All orders are shipped from the FATIMAMENDES warehouse within 2 working days after confirmation of payment. Once the order is shipped FATIMAMENDES will send an email to the user with instructions for tracking the shipment and on the collection of the same.


 

EXPEDITIONS AND PICKUPS


During the registration process in FATIMAMENDES, the user will have to indicate his personal address data. Orders will be delivered to the address defined as the user's address. If the user wishes FATIMAMENDES to send the order to an alternative address, this address must be indicated at the time of completing the order. If you wish to send items to more than one address, you must place an order for each of these addresses. In this case you will be charged a shipping cost for each order placed.

With the tracking number provided for each order, you will be able to track your order at any time. Due to restrictions imposed by the Carriers and the risk of credit card fraud, FATIMAMENDES does not deliver to PO Boxes.


 

SHIPMENTS AND PICKUPS IN PORTUGAL


Orders destined for Portugal will be shipped via FEMA. Since FEMA requires a signature upon delivery of orders, you or your representative must be present at the destination address upon delivery.

Tracking of orders can be done at www.fema.pt , using the tracking number provided upon shipment confirmation.


 

INTERNATIONAL PARCEL SHIPMENTS AND PICKUPS


International orders will be shipped via UPS. Since UPS requires a signature upon delivery, you or your representative must be present at the destination address upon delivery.

Tracking of orders can be done at www.ups.com , using the tracking number provided upon shipment confirmation.


 

SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF SHIPMENTS


The customer is requested, upon delivery of all shipments, to carefully inspect the box BEFORE signing the delivery document. All FATIMAMENDES packaging is sealed with custom plastic tape. If for any reason the packaging appears tampered with, please sign the delivery document with reservations, or refuse delivery. If you accept delivery of the package with reservations, or if you refuse it, please immediately make a complaint to the Carrier and contact FATIMAMENDES through the email customerservice@fatimamendes.com.


 

NON-DELIVERED ORDERS ATTRIBUTABLE TO FATIMAMENDES


If the order is not successfully delivered to the user's address, due to any reason attributable to the user (absence of a person at the address, wrong telephone number, wrong or incomplete address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.), as per the commercial agreement with FATIMAMENDES, there may be a risk that the order will be returned to FATIMAMENDES, at the user's expense, including any import taxes that may be charged upon re-entry into Portugal, in the case of shipments to non-EU countries. These costs will be deducted from any eventual refund.

If for any reason attributable to FATIMAMENDES it is not possible to deliver the ordered items, the user will be offered a new delivery date. The user will be reimbursed for all amounts paid in the meantime, within a maximum of 30 days from the termination of the contract.


 

INSURANCE


FATIMAMENDES insures each purchase during the transit period, until the moment of delivery to the user. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility passes to the user. If the user designates a recipient other than himself, for delivery purposes, then he accepts the evidence of a signature as proof of delivery and fulfillment by FATIMAMENDES and the corresponding transfer of responsibility in the same way.


 

MAJOR FORCE


In cases of force majeure, the obligations of FATIMAMENDES may be delayed. The contract between FATIMAMENDES and the user may, in such cases, be partially or completely terminated by either party. It is considered force majeure whenever situations of war, civil war, revolution, riot, government measures, strikes, lockouts or natural disasters arise.

In any of these cases, FATIMAMENDES will do everything possible to resolve the problem with the user, as soon as it is entirely possible.
