If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may terminate the contract within 14 days of receipt of your order and you will be refunded any amounts paid in the meantime. However, you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning your order. Beach clothes (bikinis, bathing suits, shorts, swimwear, etc.) and underwear (panties, briefs and boxers) are always sent to the user properly sealed with a protective hygienic tape. For hygienic reasons, the user cannot terminate the contract for any of these goods once the hygienic protective seal is removed.
You will always be advised of these restrictions on the right of withdrawal when you purchase any of these goods and prior to the completion of your order. In order to exercise the right to terminate the contract, the user may, by any means, communicate this intention to FATIMAMENDES, namely:
After receiving the request to terminate the contract, FATIMAMENDES will confirm to the user the resolution, and send the return details, along with the RAN, making it possible to return the article.
The user must return the article within 14 days from receipt of that email, otherwise FATIMAMENDES won't accept the resolution of the contract. If the goods are not received by FATIMAMENDES in this period of 14 days, the user will be contacted by email in order to, within 72 hours, demonstrate documentally that the goods have been returned within the indicated period. If the user does not prove documentally that he has returned the goods, FATIMAMENDES reserves the right not to accept the termination of the contract.
At the time of return, the user must clearly identify the order, before the customs authorities and all forms of transport as "RETURNED GOODS", and must also write this expression on the outside of the box, in a clearly visible place.
The user must return the article through the carrier indicated in the email sent by FATIMAMENDES, and should write the RAN number on the shipping form sent along with the order, as well as fill it out according to the instructions sent by email.
The user must complete the return form and attach it to the order to be returned to FATIMAMENDES.
Any customs duties, taxes or additional charges that the user may have incurred, will not be refunded by FATIMAMENDES.
The safety strap must be intact and placed on the returned article. The article must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and must not show any marks. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (protective bags) sent with the order.
The shoes and other accessories must be returned in their original boxes, which cannot be damaged and/or altered, nor used as outer boxes for shipping.
Returns must be packed in the FATIMAMENDES box.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt by FATIMAMENDES of the returned items, and respective quality control. FATIMAMENDES reserves the right to refuse receiving items whose return has not been previously authorized and / or which have not been sent through the same carrier, as indicated in the email sent with the return instructions. If a non-authorized return is accepted, FATIMAMENDES will deduct 15% of the value of the items, for administrative costs / storage.
FATIMAMENDES will not accept the return of articles that do not comply with the procedures of the terms and conditions of return policies. Such items will be returned to the sender, to the original shipping address, at the cost of the user.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in your card account as soon as possible, but may vary according to the credit card company. In the case of orders paid through MbWay and Multibanco, the user must inform FATIMAMENDES in writing, the NIB / SWIFT of your bank account, so that it can make the transfer of the amount to be refunded.
If for some reason the user is not satisfied with the order, you can also exchange the goods, within 14 days of receiving the order. FATIMAMENDES will not charge additional costs for shipping the new article. To exchange goods, the user must send an e-mail to customerservice@fatimamendes.com and make the exchange request. This request should be made as soon as possible, so that you can try to ensure the reservation of another size or color.
Items may be exchanged when an item of the same reference is available in another size or color. Exchange for items of another part number is not currently available. Once the items to be exchanged are received and checked, the new item will be shipped immediately. As with exercising the right of withdrawal, all Customs Duties, taxes or additional costs you may incur will not be refunded by FATIMAMENDES in the event of an exchange of items.
The return of defective items will only be accepted if the items already have the defect at the time of delivery to the user. The FATIMAMENDES team will carefully check all articles to detect any defects in the articles, before shipping them. FATIMAMENDES reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective articles or wrongly shipped goods, before authorizing the return, for the purpose of reimbursement of shipping costs and Import Duties.
All items returned as defective will be properly inspected upon receipt and all items subject to normal wear and tear will not be considered defective. Defective items will be exchanged for an identical item in the same color and size, subject to availability.
If the user does not wish to be sent a replacement article, and opts for a refund of the amounts paid, he must make this request when accessing his personal account on the website FATIMAMENDES about the return request. Refunds on defective items will take place within 30 days of receipt of the returned items. If FATIMAMENDES cannot replace the defective item, it will refund the amount paid by the means of payment originally used, for the same amount paid by the user.
